When planes sliding, taking off, and landing, the wheels are main load-bearing parts, especially under the massive landing impact and the braking thermal stress, so it is important for the safety of the aircraft whether the wheels are in good conditions. If wheel hubs are cracked, with the aircraft take-off and landing, the cracks of wheels should be extended under common actions of gas pressure and strong impact, in less severe cases the air leakage in wheel hub usage can affect the normal operation of flight, serious when it can cause wheel hub cracking and flew out of the body, causing serious consequences. Fatigue crack is main form of wheel hub crack and the vortex testing is the method to detect the integrity of aircraft wheel hub quickly and reliably and recognized by the world.
