Between 14th and 15th May, 2013, the Meeting of 2013 Examination and Reexamination of the standards of National Standardization Technical Committee of Non-Destructive Testing was held in Chengdu, Sichuan. 38 committee members and experts from more than 30 organizations, like Shanghai Material Research Institute, attended the meeting.
In this meeting, 3 national standard drafts and 5 industry standard drafts were examined, among which Eddysun was responsible for drafting the national standard “Non-Destructive Testing, Method for the Determination of Absolute Eddy Current Probe Impedance”.
After the consultation and examination, there was no considerable or fundamental difference about these 8 standards. All of the advices and suggestions were discussed and the representatives reached the consensus, confirming. The drafters were required to made the amendment according to the meeting and finish the standard draft for approval as soon as possible, turning over to the Secretariat for relative authorities to approve and issue.
